From the Madrid\u2013Brussels\u2013Washington axis, he advises companies and institutions at the intersection of politics, regulation and reputation.<\/p>\n

He is president of The Hispanic Council, a think tank specialising in the relationship between Spain and the United States, and global chair of MORE Agencies\u2019 Public Affairs network, which brings together more than 30 independent agencies in 30 countries.<\/p>\n

Over more than twenty years of professional experience, he has advised national and international companies in sectors such as energy, telecommunications, defence, healthcare, food and consumer goods, as well as public institutions, governments and political leaders from more than twenty countries.<\/p>\n

He is the founder of the Postgrado de Direcci\u00f3n de Asuntos P\u00fablicos (PDAP), a postgraduate programme in Public Affairs Management, which for more than fifteen years has contributed to the training of more than 300 executives and professionals in the sector.<\/p>\n

He is the driving force behind the Observatorio Defensa y Sociedad (Defence and Society Observatory) and a member of the Advisory Board of the Instituto de Seguridad y Cultura (Institute for Security and Culture).<\/p>\n

He has served as president of the Asociaci\u00f3n de Comunicaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica (ACOP) and is co-author of works such as \u201cLobbying in Spain: Pending Business?\u201d and \u201cPolitical Communication: New Dynamics and Permanent Citizenship\u201d.<\/p>\n

He has spoken at universities, think tanks and international institutions such as the Brookings Institution, Harvard University, the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), the National Democratic Institute (NDI) and the International Republican Institute (IRI).<\/p>\n

His work has been recognised with several international awards, including The Holmes Report\u2019s Innovator 25, Campaigns & Elections\u2019 Rising Star, several Pollie Awards from the American Association of Political Consultants (AAPC), and SABRE Awards.<\/p>\n
