He advises business and institutional leaders on navigating the political, regulatory and reputational environment, particularly across the Madrid\u2013Brussels\u2013Washington axis.<\/p>\n

He is a professor at Comillas Pontifical University ICADE, where he directs the Public Leadership Forum and the Postgraduate Programme in Public Affairs Management.<\/p>\n

Since 2014, he has led The Hispanic Council, a think tank that promotes and analyses relations between Spain and the United States. He is also Global Chair of the MORE Agencies Public Affairs network, which brings together more than 30 independent agencies across Europe, the United States and Latin America, with over 600 professionals.<\/p>\n

Throughout his career, he has worked in the corporate sphere for companies across a range of sectors, including energy, defence, telecommunications, food and healthcare, as well as in political communication with leaders, governments and political parties in more than 20 countries.<\/p>\n

He has served as President of the Political Communication Association (ACOP), Vice President of the European Association of Political Consultants (EAPC), and a member of the Board of Directors of ADECEC.<\/p>\n

For more than ten years, he directed in Spain the international Political Communication seminars of The George Washington University. He is co-author of works such as El lobby en Espa\u00f1a, \u00bfasignatura pendiente? and Comunicaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica: nuevas din\u00e1micas y ciudadan\u00eda permanente.<\/p>\n

As a speaker, he has taken part in events hosted by institutions such as the Brookings Institution, Harvard University, the OSCE, the National Democratic Institute and the International Republican Institute, as well as by universities and international forums across Europe and the Americas.<\/p>\n

He has received a number of international awards, including The Holmes Report\u2019s Innovator 25, the Rising Star award from Campaigns & Elections magazine, and several Pollie Awards from the American Association of Political Consultants (AAPC).<\/p>\n
