He has developed a career in the media, corporate reputation, energy, tourism and consultancy. Before joining Nitid, he was Director of Strategy and Planning at Paradores de Turismo.<\/strong><\/p>\n

He holds a degree in Economics from the Complutense University of Madrid, an executive MBA from IESE, and a diploma in the Senior Management Program at Harvard Business School. He was a member of the\u00a0founding editorial staff of the newspaper Expansi\u00f3n,<\/b>\u00a0where he headed the Markets and Finance section. He worked for 18 years at Grupo Recoletos in different roles in Madrid, Buenos Aires, and Barcelona and led\u00a0the group\u2019s international expansion<\/b>\u00a0in Argentina, Chile, Portugal, and the United States.<\/p>\n

He founded and directed\u00a0Gesti\u00f3n Cultural Iberoamericana,<\/b>\u00a0where he developed cultural projects for institutions such as the Real Academia de Bellas Artes de San Fernando, the Reales Alc\u00e1zares de Sevilla, the Instituto Valenciano de Arte Moderno (IVAM), Fundaci\u00f3n Canal de Isabel II, the social works of Bancaja, Caixa Galicia, Cajamadrid, Caixa Terrassa and Caja Murcia, Art Paris and the Lyon Biennial, in France; Tinguely Museum, in Switzerland, Sakyp Sabanci Museum, in Turkey; Banco Caixa, in Brazil, and the Universidad Cat\u00f3lica del Per\u00fa, among others.<\/p>\n

He was also the\u00a0director responsible for Iberia and Latin America at Innovation Media Consulting Group,<\/b>\u00a0where he managed projects in the media sector in more than 15 countries. He subsequently managed\u00a0international reputation and strategic positioning<\/b>\u00a0projects for different companies and institutions in the oil and gas sector in Latin America.<\/p>\n

He was a promoter and member of\u00a0the board of trustees of the Fundaci\u00f3n Voces para la Conciencia y el Desarrollo,<\/b>\u00a0an NGO that promotes the improvement of children\u2019s living standards in underdeveloped countries through education and culture, and a member of the Spanish Institute of Contemporary Art.<\/p>\n
