Iria Mouzo is a Senior Advisor at NITID Corporate Affairs. For 18 years, she built her career at Inditex, where she held a number of senior positions, including Deputy Director of Corporate Development in the Chairman’s Office, Director of Circularity, and Global Director of Public, Institutional and Regulatory Affairs.
At NITID, she advises executive teams and governing bodies on navigating complex regulatory environments, with a particular focus on regulatory intelligence, corporate diplomacy, sustainability, governance and strategic international relations.
She has extensive European and international experience, having actively participated in business forums, sector associations and multilateral organisations in Brussels and the United States.
Throughout her career, she has contributed to major initiatives in regulation and sustainability, including the development of the OECD Principles for Responsible Corporate Lobbying, the launch of Re-Viste — Spain’s national extended producer responsibility system for textiles — and the creation of ReHubs, a European alliance aimed at advancing recycling and innovation in the textile sector.
She was a founder and member of the Board of Directors of the European Branded Clothing Alliance (EBCA) and of EuroCommerce’s textile policy group, representing the sector at European level. She is also a member of boards and governing bodies at business associations, think tanks and international chambers of commerce.
In 2025, she was recognised as one of the Top 50 Women Leaders by Santander and the London School of Economics and Political Science.
