Iria Mouzo has served as the Global Director of Public Affairs at Inditex, a company where she worked for 18 years in various leadership roles, including Deputy Director of Corporate Development in the Office of the Chairman, Director of Circularity, and Global Director of Public, Institutional, and Regulatory Affairs.
In his role at NITID, she advises executive teams and governing bodies of companies and institutions in areas such as regulatory intelligence, corporate diplomacy, sustainability, governance, and international strategic relations.
She is a member of boards and councils in associations based in Brussels, the United States, and multilateral organizations, including think tanks, research institutions, and chambers of commerce. Among her achievements are serving as a technical advisor for the OECD Principles on Responsible Corporate Lobbying; founding Re-Viste, Spain’s national extended producer responsibility program for the textile sector; founding and serving on the Board of Directors of the EU policy trade association European Branded Clothing Alliance (EBCA); and being a founding member and spokesperson for the textile policy group within EuroCommerce, representing the sector at the EU level. She also led the design and creation of the ReHubs initiative—an alliance for textile recycling and investment in sustainable innovation in Europe—and was named one of the Top 50 Women Leaders 2025 by Santander & the London School of Economics and Political Science.
