Patricia Crespo is director of Corporate Communications at NITID, a position from which she advises national and international business clients on corporate positioning and reputation strategies.
Coming from the Communication and Brand team of the insurance company Nationale-Nederlanden, she has more than 15 years of experience in the sector, most of them in different communication agencies in the corporate, reputation and CSR fields. During those years, she has led projects that included PR strategies, digital marketing, internal communication, spokesperson training and crisis management for national and international brands, as well as personal branding work for management teams and CEOs of various companies.
With a degree in Journalism and a Master in Digital Communication and Social Media, throughout her career, she has led combined corporate, digital and lifestyle communication teams from the position of account director for companies and institutions such as Aelêc, Primafrio, e-FP (entrepreneurship program promoted by the Spanish Chamber of Commerce and the Créate Foundation), Liberty Seguros, ASCER, The Coca-Cola Company, Newell Brands or Nationale-Nederlanden, among others. And prior to his experience in the consulting world, he worked as a journalist in Gestiona Radio.
